918kss Terms & Conditions — Malaysia Platform Guidelines

918kss is a digital entertainment platform offering live casino, table games, Sports Betting, and other gaming services to eligible users in Malaysia. These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member") and 918kss ("Platform", "we", "us").

This document applies to all use of the 918kss platform, including but not limited to website visits, account registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonus claims, participation in promotions, and any other use of services provided by 918kss.

918kss reserves the right to amend, update, or add to these terms at any time without prior notice. It is the member's responsibility to review this page regularly. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

To register and use 918kss services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Has never been permanently suspended or banned by 918kss previously
• Not suffering from a recognised gambling addiction that impairs decision-making ability

Each individual is only permitted one (1) active account only on the 918kss platform. Holding more than one account — whether directly or through a third party — is a serious violation of these terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and current information, including:

• Full name as shown on your identification document (MyKad/Passport)
• An active, verifiable Malaysian mobile number
• A valid, active email address belonging to you
• Bank account or e-wallet details for withdrawal purposes

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 918kss account password. 918kss will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account by a third party due to your own negligence.

All financial transactions on the 918kss platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only. 918kss supports the following deposit methods, all of which are local Malaysian payment platforms:

• Instant Payments: DuitNow

918kss does not accept cash deposits, cheques, money orders, or any foreign payment methods. All deposits must originate from an account registered in the member's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Winnings may be withdrawn once all of the following conditions have been fully met:

• Identity verification (KYC) has been completed for withdrawals exceeding RM500
• All bonus wagering (rollover) requirements have been fully met
• Minimum withdrawal of RM30 per transaction
• Withdrawal method must match the most recent deposit method (for security purposes)
• Account must be active with no restrictions currently in place

Withdrawal processing times are as follows: e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay) within 15–30 Minutes; DuitNow & FPX within 30–60 minutes; 918kss VIP members enjoy express withdrawals within 5 Minutes. All in Malaysian Ringgit with no withdrawal fees.

918kss offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions, including a Welcome Bonus of up to RM888, daily deposit bonuses, weekly cashback, and exclusive VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following specific terms:

• Each bonus comes with a wagering requirement (rollover) as stated separately in the relevant bonus terms
• Rollover requirements typically range from 5x to 20x depending on the bonus type
• The Welcome Bonus is available to first deposit new members only
• A member may not claim the welcome bonus more than once, including through different accounts
• 918kss reserves the right to void any bonus obtained through improper means or abuse of the promotions system
• Withdrawing bonus funds before the rollover requirement is met will result in forfeiture of that bonus
• All bonus offers are subject to expiry date as stated — expired bonuses cannot be reclaimed

All games offered on the 918kss platform — including live casino (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Sic Bo, Dragon Tiger), RNG table games (Rummy, Texas Hold'em, Video Poker), and slots — are subject to the following rules:

• All RNG game outcomes are determined by an independently audited random number generator (RNG) and cannot be manipulated
• Live casino game outcomes are determined by real human dealers on camera in real time
• Any technical interruptions during gameplay will be resolved based on server logs — the system's decision is final
• 918kss reserves the right to void any round or bet where there is clear evidence of a significant system failure

• The use of assistance software, bots, or any automated methods during gameplay is strictly prohibited

The 918kss Sports Betting section covers the Malaysia Super League, EPL, La Liga, Bundesliga, badminton (Thomas Cup, Uber Cup), cricket (including IPL & World Cup), esports (MPL Malaysia, MLBB tournaments), and over 30 other sports categories. The following specific terms apply to Sports Betting:

• Odds displayed are real-time odds and may change until the bet is confirmed
• Confirmed bets non-reversible except where specifically stated otherwise
• Postponed or cancelled matches — bets will be fully refunded to the member's account
• In-play betting (placed while a match is in progress) is subject to additional rules displayed within the platform
• 918kss reserves the right to limit or reject bets from accounts identified as professional bettors or syndicates that disrupt the stability of the odds market
• Match results are determined by the official decisions of the relevant sporting body — any appeals must be submitted within 24 hours

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 918kss platform and may result in account suspension or closure without prior notice:

• Owning or using more than one 918kss account
• Registering using a false identity or another person's identity
• Money laundering or using the platform for any illegal financial activity
• Player collusion to manipulate game outcomes
• Using bots, automated scripts, or any assisted tools during gameplay
• Exploiting bugs or system vulnerabilities for unauthorised gain
• Bonus abuse — including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly
• Threatening, harassing, or being disrespectful toward any dealer or 918kss staff
• Sharing an account with another individual, including immediate family members

918kss reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account for the following reasons:

• Registration information could not be verified, or fraudulent documents were found
• Violation of any stated terms and conditions
• Activity suspected to be related to fraud, money laundering, or collusion
• Requests from Malaysian legal authorities
• Member requests account closure for responsible gambling reasons

If your account is suspended pending investigation, 918kss will complete the review within 7–14 business days and inform you of the outcome via your registered email. If no violation is found, your account will be reinstated with your full balance restored.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may submit a request through the 918kss support team. Any eligible net balance will be refunded via the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

918kss collects members' personal information solely for account management, transaction processing, identity verification, and service communications. All data is protected with 256-bit SSL encryption and will never be sold, rented, or shared with third parties without your explicit consent.

• Internet connection disruptions or failures on the member's end
• Unauthorised account access resulting from the member's own failure to safeguard their password
• Disputed bets or game results raised after the 24-hour appeal window
• Financial losses resulting from personal decisions made during betting activities
• Service disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control (force majeure)

918kss's maximum liability for any member claim is limited to the net deposit amount made by that member in the 30 days preceding the submission of the claim.

• Daily/Weekly/Monthly Deposit Limits — set your own limits in your account settings

Continued use of the 918kss platform after the effective date of any amended terms constitutes full acceptance of the updated terms. Members who do not agree with the amendments are entitled to request account closure before the effective date.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the 918kss platform shall first be resolved through mutual negotiation between the parties.

Should negotiation fail, the dispute shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia. Members agree to waive their right to participate in any class action or representative action against 918kss.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, while all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
